Terms and Conditions
1. Our hotel is very much focused towards couples and family groups, which
means we cannot, unfortunately, accept bookings from single sex groups.
2. Sadly, we cannot cater for pets.
3. Rates quoted are per person per night occupied by adults. Discounts are
available for children below the age of 12.
4. Online bookings require a deposit of £10 PER PERSON.
5. The balance of any money due shall be paid in full on arrival.
6. Deposits are NON refundable.
7.Cancellations of less than 7 days notification means the deposit is lost
and full payment of the specified room is required.
8. When booking offline, by telephone for example, bookings are confirmed
when the deposit has been paid.
9. Payment can be made with all major debit and credit cards, all cards
carry
a 3% charge.
10. Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am. Rooms will be available for
occupation from 2.00PM.
11. Meal times. Breakfast is served at 9.00am. We are happy to cater for
many
special dietary requirements, though this is by prior arrangement only.
12. The bar will usually close at 11.00pm but times may alter at the
discretion of the management and it may close earlier or later subject
to guest
demand. However, in the interest of other guests, we reserve the right
to refuse
to serve alcohol to anyone deemed intoxicated.
13. No food, take-away or alcohol is allowed, or smoking anywhere in the
Hotel .
14. Any act of vandalism or malicious damage to any part of the hotel,
and/or
noise likely to cause a disturbance to other guests, shall deem the
contract
null and void. Persons performing such acts will be asked to leave the
Hotel
immediately. No refund will be available in such circumstances.
